Both dashboard/app.py and dashboard/app_executive.py exercised through Streamlit AppTest:
app.py: 4 tabs, 5 metrics, no exceptions.app_executive.py: 9 tabs, 27 metrics, no exceptions.- Live-launch smoke test on ports 8511/8512 returned HTTP 200.

- Churn model: AUC 0.84 / accuracy 76% (point-in-time labeling, no leakage).
- Loan default model: trains on imbalanced classes, AUC ~0.50 on synthetic data (expected — synthetic defaults are random; real data would yield real signal).
- Fraud detector: scored 100,000 transactions, flagged 1,000 anomalies (1% contamination).
- Segmentation: K-Means produced 5 named segments across 6,561 customers, with NBO mapping.
- Forecast: Holt-Winters projected 12 months across 18 branches (216 rows).
- Bronze: 100,000 transactions written to parquet, 7.5 MB.
- Silver: cleansed/dedup/validated, DQ score logged.
