I can place blank bit control nodes at various locations in the screen. However, in a particular location, it has become corrupted as the screen recording shows.

The corruption was caused by dropping a Qubit Measure on top of a Qubit Wire Combiner. I saw the corruption because the Combiner icon was visible behind the Measure icon. I tried erasing the node and replacing it, but the combiner kept coming back. I tried erasing the node then placing a fresh Combiner node elsewhere, then moving it to my desired location. That resulted in the strange behavior seen in the video.
