list of completions should use user config

Current Behavior

List of available completions does not consider updated user paths/completions (e.g. fpath in zsh):

Expected Behavior

Custom registered completers should be included.

e.g. source ~/.config/carapace/bridge/zsh/.zshrc before generating list.
