How can I add background images (emty bbox) to train dataset?

I want add my background images to train dataset. I think it improve P,R in my 1 class dataset, as it improves in yolo and rf-detr. How can I do that, because it seems marks them as invalid images from the logs. Can I flag somewhere to use them?

I use in config:

TrainDataset:
name: COCODataSet
image_dir: /content/data_new/images
anno_path: /content/data_new/annotations/instance_train.json
dataset_dir: /content/data_new
allow_empty: true

but get error "267 samples invalid" which have no bbox (background)

Please help me with advice.
