How to measure coverage of pull request diff?

Do you mean a feature like this?↓（The "+/-" column shows difference of coverage from main branch.）

By setting report: ( report.path: or report.datastores ) and diff: ( diff.path: or diff.datastores ) additionally, it is possible to show differences from previous reports as well.

and how to find uncovered lines?

octocov doesn't have a feature like this as far as I know.

Similar to this, it show coverage of lines added in PR, but with that we still need to open full report to find uncovered lines, if the tool can show which lines not covered that would be perfect (as line numbers or code itself, inside expandable section)
