My associates and I have all of our ZIM files stored on a NAS server (Network Access Storage) which ideally could be read from directly over the local network.
When Open ZIM File is selected from within the UI, the filesystem navigator does not show shared folders or files accessible by smb protocol.
Allowing users to read ZIM files over the local network means that a single ZIM archive can be shared between multiple users, freeing up storage on an individual user's drives.
