* [backend] fix: add cache_dir setting to avoid multi-instance conflicts Fixes #12299 ## Problem - Cache factory always used config_dir for disk cache - Multi-instance clusters shared the same cache directory - Caused sqlite3.DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed ## Solution 1. Added cache_dir setting (defaults to config_dir for backward compatibility) 2.
