Feature Request: add images support in templates, e.g. via posting the image URLs

Mastodon rss feeds can frequently have images, so it might be cool to be able to have them available for templates, or at least have a boolean for the template if there is attached media/files so that one could make an according if-condition in the template to change things slightly if there are

This would be very handy. I've hand-coded my own scripts to extract and post images from RSS feeds but would switch to this plugin if it had this capability.
