One thing first: the issue is still on the default template (no skill name, domain, description, ATT&CK techniques, or rationale filled in yet). Before you start, let's pin down the actual skill so your PR has a clear target. @Mahadze if you had a specific skill in mind, please fill in the template fields.

• Domain / subdomain (e.g. cybersecurity / threat-hunting)
• One-line description
• MITRE ATT&CK technique(s) it maps to
• Why it's useful

Drop those here and I'll confirm scope so there's no overlap with the existing 817 skills, then you're clear to open a PR. The repo layout to follow is SKILL.md + references/ + scripts/agent.py + LICENSE — check any existing skill folder as a template.
