I accidentally deleted all my settings after i upgraded to 5.2.0

I was going to download a torrent on my qbittorrent 5.1.4 and saw that there was a new version. I downloaded it but it said that it failed to write to qbittorent.exe. I thought that I forgot to give it admin and restarted the setup with admin. But then it gave that error again so I remembered to exit qbittorrent from my windows system tray. After it installed i saw that all of my settings and data was gone. Help

Well luckily it turns out i think it was using my admin account's settings for some reason and it works.
