Converting wallpapers on linux?

I've heard Lively can convert wallpapers from Wallpaper Engine to a simple .mp4 video file.
I'm currently running Linux (CachyOS) with KDE Plasma and a live wallpaper addon, so I don't need to run Lively itself, but I would be interested in using its conversion utility, as before I switched I had lots of wallpapers on WE that simply do not work very well on Plasma.
Would this be a possibility?
