when start service, popup toast: libsslocal exits too fast (exit code: 134)

To Reproduce

1. start ss service (press launch button)
2. shadowsocks version: 5.2.5 (universal)

My problem has been resolved. maybe two things need to improve

1. when local_port 1080 is used by other process. user need more reasonable tips, not crash directly
2. Setting page can not focus to select advance by remote controller (I resolved it by scrcpy), I did not use shadowsocks tv version, maybe this issue is not important
