Heads up: Bitbucket Cloud login broken by Atlassian CHANGE-2770 (issue #6494)

For anyone running Woodpecker with Bitbucket Cloud as the forge: Atlassian's
CHANGE-2770 brownouts are now actively breaking the login flow. After the
OAuth redirect, the browser shows "Internal error" and the server logs show:

CHANGE-2770 - Functionality has been deprecated
cannot update repo permissions for user <...>

Full removal is already in progress — this will only get worse until a fix
lands.
