Summary
Adds a short human-confirmation receipt to the AgentLine skill before high-blast-radius actions:
make_outbound_callbuy_phone_numberThe receipt asks the agent to show the action, target, agent/voice, opening line/purpose, balance/cost check, stop rule, and transcript plan before proceeding.
Why
AgentLine gives AI agents real-world telephony powers. That is useful, but outbound calls and number purchases cross three boundaries at once: cost, external contact, and representation of the user. A tiny pre-action receipt makes that boundary explicit without changing the API or server implementation.
