Adds AI Delivery Spec to the Collaboration & Project Management section.

Why is it useful?

AI Delivery Spec is a product-side spec-driven delivery framework that helps product managers, AI product leads, engineering teams, and QA teams produce delivery artifacts (PRD, prototype, DDD/API/data contract, acceptance evidence) that are readable, testable, and operable.

Key features:
