INSTALL

	1. Run init.sh specifying the machine.
	   eg. ./init.sh -m pratyush_intel
	
	2. Run ./make_odtm.sh to compile the model and all neccesary executables
	
	3. Run ./make_odtm.sh specifying the experiment_name with option -w
	   eg. ./make_odtm.sh -w experiment_name
			
	   this is will setup an experiment directory with all neccesary files for running 
		 the model in the path <rootdir>/work/<experiment_name>
