Adds a fork banner to the landing-page
README.md(it was upstream's, with no indication this is a fork) and expandsREADME-FORK.mdwith an explicit included-patches table (app-shortcuts → tailscale#810) and step-by-step Obtainium install. The patch list mirrors.github/fork-patches.txt; update both when adding/removing a patch.
