[Zero Trust] Add Claude tenant control policy example

Summary

Adds a Claude section to the tenant control common policy configurations. Claude supports tenant restrictions via the anthropic-allowed-org-ids header, which accepts a comma-separated list of organization UUIDs. The Claude application is a supported selector in Gateway HTTP policies, so the policy matches the same pattern as other providers on the page.
