The experiment: an alternate-reality CV was planted for "Sol Adler" — a fictional engineer with a 60-year career across the 20 most consequential engineering companies in tech history (3 years each, 1970→2030). Claude's frontier model was induced to become him for a job interview, then interviewed — via prepared, queued messages and stop-hook goals, fully unattended — into writing down everything he "knows." The result is a complete engineering doctrine that cheaper models (and humans) can load and act from.
Sol Adler does not exist. Every artifact here is a synthetic composite distilled from a frontier model's priors about real engineering cultures. That's the point.
