Modernises the iOS SDK documentation to reflect the current state of the SDK (v7.1.1).
Deprecated API references, removed integration paths, and stale external links have been replaced with their current equivalents. Previously undocumented public APIs are now covered. Screenshots have been refreshed and moved to a consistent naming convention.
